GSI’s patented Electronic Monitoring Control System is the most advanced and most reliable dryer control system that is available in the market. By eliminating the frequently used methods based on estimations within traditional control systems, it provides automatic diagnosis in dryer problems and a computer controlled system, which allows controlling all of the dryer functions with a computer. EMCS utilization is fairly simple and backlighted wide liquid crystal screen transmits the information to the user immediately.
Total drying time, the amount of products dried in a minute and the total amount of dried products can be calculated. Past transactions and service records are kept in the memory.

For commercial applications, the user is provided with a simple and reliable machinery that also ensure saving from fuel while along with many unique features in design, drying principles that have been proven in the industry were used.

All of the models are equipped with bolted designs instead of welded production design; this ensures the utilization of galvanized steel instead of dyed steel. As a standard feature, each dryer is equipped with an exterior coating with a round shape that is manufactured from stainless steel. This design feature facilitates assembly and makes installation simpler, its appearance is more aesthetic and the dryer’s life is prolonged. The design provided by the conic base used in the dryer and GSI’s patented goods feeding drum also make up the simple and high-speed grain discharge system.

This system ensures that the grain is discharged from the dryer homogeneously and easily, while facilitating the cleaning of the dryer.

Patented Electronic Monitoring Control System (EMCS) allows monitoring the dryer features with a computer. This “smart” system eliminates operations that are based on estimations, while conveying information to the operator with wide, illuminated, liquid crystal indicator and simplifies the utilization of the dryer.
